Have you ever wondered if you changed the way you thought about everything if it would make a difference? Studies have shown that creating a positive mind attracts positive outcomes. I have been reading "The Magic" By: Rhonda Byrne it has opened my eyes to how important it is to start and end each day with gratitude. We only get one life why should we waste it living with worry and negativity? I have been starting my mornings counting my blessings and you know what I have found out? I am less stressed because I have filled my mind with everything that matters most to me in this wonderful world!
